I had an odd dream (with a purpose)
I woke up from a dream about a house of prostitution that had been discovered by the authorities. The “pimps” were jailed but someone in the community who had a compassionate heart talked with each woman individually and discovered each woman’s strengths, talents, and gifts. And that same person then taught these women, how to be LEGAL entrepreneurs by setting up a corporation; and got them registered LEGALLY in the state.
I’m a little fuzzy on the specific details
(You know how dreams are.) But one woman was a piano teacher, so a piano and music books were donated. One woman was an artist, so an art studio, with supplies, was set up. One baked, and beautifully decorated cakes, so the kitchen was revamped to give her the equipment she needed. You get the idea. And they also were taught about budgeting, etc.
This was their second chance
They were told this was their second chance. They were told that they were NOT to go back to their old lives or they would end up in jail. And those who’d been on drugs were given immediate help to overcome, and then ongoing support and encouragement.
Their former “customers” were notified
The people that had “used” these women’s weaknesses and lack of self-respect and fears, were notified they had a second chance, too. They would NOT be reported…IF they went to counseling and decided to stop “using” women. They learned how to appreciate and honor women. (That’s the end of my dream, but I am so excited to let you in on a secret…)

In a few weeks, I’ll be going back to my original business: Loaves and Fishes Coaching, because it better explains and expresses what God has called me to do.
My calling from God
He has equipped and called me to find people caught in a dissatisfied life, feeling stuck—like there’s “more to life” than what they are doing. They are existing and not really living. God has something better for each of us. And, he has equipped us to live out His plan and call.
At Loaves and Fishes Coaching,
We know that God desires you to take the LITTLE you have, give it to Him to use for His Glory; and He then multiplies it—like the times recorded in the Bible where Jesus took the few Loaves and Fishes, and BROKE them, so they could become food and blessing for others. You will be blessed as a result of giving what you have been given; but not from taking what you think you deserve.
Through much personal sorrow and struggle, I’ve learned:
We’re not here on this earth, at this time in history, to BE BLESSED, but rather to BE A BLESSING! God’s ALWAYS got a plan. In discovering your strengths and talents, through coaching, you will begin to live in that knowledge, make decisions based on that knowledge. And wonder of wonders, you will actually end up BEING BLESSED because you have been a blessing.
Like my dream
Like the person in my dream, who gave the prostitutes and “customers” a second chance, God wants us to discover our strengths and live them out for others, like the former prostitutes learned to do. NO ONE is beyond finding God’s forgiveness AND their place in God’s plan. Maybe today God is calling you to YOUR 2nd chance. Let’s talk.
