My Omaha pastor said, “If all I had was my salvation, that should be enough.”
I heard that sentence in a sermon about 35 years ago. And it still impacts me. It comes back to my mind at what I call God-moments. At times when I am making much ado about nothing, God reminds me…”If all I had was my salvation, that should be enough.”
That is how precious a gift our salvation is!
What more do we need, really???
So..our appropriate response can be…
Psalm 56:12b, 13 “I will render praises to You, for You have delivered my soul from death.”
So…
Psalm 56:11 “…in God I have put my trust; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?”
Have you tasted and experienced this to be true for you?
