The people had asked Jeremiah to seek God’s will in prayer for them.
Jeremiah 42:2 “Now it came about at the end of ten days that the word of the LORD came to Jeremiah.”
Even though Jeremiah was a prophet we are reminded through these verses that seeking God and His “plan” for you—it takes time—and often longer than 10 days. 😉
When has this been true for you?
Because of Jesus, we no longer have to have anyone intercede for us. But, like the prophet Jeremiah…
